WARM hands!
December 29, 2022
Purchased the Volt 7V battery heated gloves for husband's Christmas, as last fall's hunting season was icy cold. East to charge, easy to connect batteries, and INSTANT heat convinced him that next fall cannot come soon enough. Meanwhile, snow blowing/shoveling, and other outdoor winter activities may never be the same!
Pros
  • Fit, warmth, ease of use, comfort AND can still work the action and trigger!
Cons
  • So minor I hate to say, but the only thing I notice is that the battery has to be adjusted to be viewed through the clear window. It does slide up and down just a little. MINOR!!!!

Overall warm hands
March 13, 2022
The gloves provide a nice overall warmth. Not sure how they will be in very cold temps. I purchased them later in the year and the coldest temp they were used in was 20 degrees. But the hands were toasty warm. Charging takes a long time. Initial charge was 12 hours. The design is great. Batteries tuck away at the back of the wrist. Overall I’m satisfied with them.
Pros
  • Leather hands
  • Overall warmth - not just one area
Cons
  • Long charging time.

So Far, Great Gloves
January 29, 2022
I need to wear these gloves for a few more weeks to get a better sense of how well they "work". We had had some sub zero weather and these gloves have kept my fingers warm for the duration of my doggy walks. I am impressed that they can keep my finger tips warm. Like other commenters, the gloves are bulky and hard to do things that require grabbing or turning small objects without taking a glove off. However, the tradeoff is that my fingers and hands are warm. I think I'll keep them!!!!
Pros
  • Warm all the way to my finger tips
Cons
  • A bit bulky

Finally, Warm Hands While Snowblowing!
March 5, 2021
Using the snowblower was so much easier having your heated gloves. We had temp of -30 F. And were able to finish our snow removal without having to take warm-up break inside the house. Money well spent!
Pros
  • Good fit and well balanced battery pack. Both the gloves and the mittens we bought were comfortable because the batteries are placed above the wrist. You almost don't notice the weight. Thanks for a warmer winter.

Volt Tatra Battery Heated Gloves
January 20, 2017
These gloves are performing as expected. I'm old and my fingers get numb in temperatures much under 60F. So I've not been riding my trike in the winter and I missed the exercise and just being out in the fresh air. 12 mile ride today at 50F and my fingers stayed comfortable with the heat setting on 1, the lowest of the 4 heat settings.
Cons
  • I ordered extra large, not because my hand is large, but my fingers are long. As expected the fingers are still a little short, but they are also quite snug and a little difficult to get on, but once on, they feel okay.

Tatra Headed gloves

Looks like great quality, but the sizing chart is off. I measured myself to be a medium, borderline large, so to be on the safe side I ordered large. I will exchange for an XL.
Pros
  • Well constructed
  • Love the gauntlet sleeve
Cons
  • Sizing chart way off with these Tatra gloves.
